RLTHEEBRAND SHIPPING POLICY
📦 GENERAL SHIPPING PROCESS
RLTHEEBRAND operates on a dual-step shipping process to ensure quality control and accuracy for all custom and preorder items.
1️⃣ Step One — Manufacturer to RLTHEEBRAND
All custom-made and preorder products are first shipped to our headquarters for:
- Hand inspection
- Quality verification
- Order accuracy checks
- Final packaging
This ensures every piece meets RLTHEEBRAND’s premium standards before reaching you.
2️⃣ Step Two — RLTHEEBRAND to Customer
Once inspected and approved, your order is then shipped from us directly to you.
This applies to ALL standard orders, including collections, cotton sets, activewear, satin scarves, and general apparel.
SCHOOL & TEAM ORDERS OUTSIDE LOUISIANA
For school orders, team apparel, or alumni bulk orders outside the state of Louisiana:
✔ Orders may be shipped
directly from the manufacturer to the customer
✔ This allows faster delivery for large group orders
✔ RLTHEEBRAND will still approve factory photos/videos prior to shipment
This option is ONLY used for out-of-state school orders to ensure timely arrival for events, performances, and deadlines.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES
Preorder Items
Preorders require production time before shipping. Estimated production and shipping times are listed within each product description.
Please note: Production time and shipping carrier delays are outside of RLTHEEBRAND’s control.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship pieces will be sent within 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

- USPS
- UPS
Carrier selection depends on location, speed, and product type.
LOCAL PICKUP (WHEN AVAILABLE)
Local pickup locations or scheduled pickup windows will be announced for New Orleans area customers when items arrive.
Not all items are eligible for pickup; please review product details.
❗ IMPORTANT NOTES
- Shipping speed applies after production is complete (for preorder items).
- RLTHEEBRAND is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, or customs.
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may cause delays or lost packages; we are not responsible for these issues.
- Tracking numbers will be provided once your order leaves our facility.
