At RLTHEEBRAND, each piece is created with intentional craftsmanship and premium detailing. Because of our made-to-order process and limited-edition drops, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policy outlined below.



 

🔥 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Due to the exclusive nature of our designs and limited production runs, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed shipping by carrier
  • Duplicate orders
  • Preorder wait times
  • Incorrect address entry

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before placing your order.


🔥 MADE-TO-ORDER & PREORDERS

 

Many RLTHEEBRAND products including our Mardi Gras collections are produced on a preorder or made-to-order basis.


This means:

✔ Every item is produced one by one, stitched specifically for your order

 

 

✔ Your preorder reserves fabric, sizing, and production time

 

 

✔ Production begins immediately once preorders close

 

 

✔ We do not carry excess inventory

 

 

✔ No size swaps or exchanges can be made after your order is placed.

 

Because each piece is created uniquely for you, preorder items cannot be modified or canceled once the order is submitted.


 

 

🔥 PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMELINES

 

  • Production estimates are provided by our manufacturers.
  • Shipping timelines (including DHL/USPS delays) are outside of RLTHEEBRAND’s control.
  • Choosing expedited shipping does not speed up production time  it only applies after your order has shipped.

We always work to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but all timeline estimates are approximate.

 

 

DEFECTS / DAMAGED ITEMS

Every RLTHEEBRAND order is personally inspected by hand before packaging to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Because each item is reviewed stitch-by-stitch, defects are extremely rare.


However, if you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue

Once reviewed, approved defects will be repaired or remade at our discretion.


Please note:
This policy does not apply to sizing concerns, color variations, small differences in placement, or natural inconsistencies that occur in handcrafted, custom-made apparel.

  • Understanding that preorder items require production time
  • Understanding that final products may vary slightly due to handcrafted details
  • Waiting for production + shipping as outlined in product descriptions
